Unknown Prints are a new company that specialise in selling artwork submitted by artists who then get royalties for each piece sold. This was an exciting concept and a brief that we could really get our teeth into. We helped consolidate the existing brand and develop it even further. The site is all about the products, so we used a very simple colour palette and kept the information that isn't directly product related to a minimum. Giving the products room to breath was the key, with clean white space surrounding them. As we didn't want to clutter the site with unnecessary imagery we made the typography the focus, which works just as effectively. The website we are linking to is a demo version of the site, the real site is still being populated with products and not ready for public launch. |
