We were approached by Bill Lewington, the distributor and promoter for Dean Guitars in the UK, to produce an animated backdrop for the 'Dean Owners of America' annual party, this year held at the Albany Theatre in Depford. Acts on the night included Michael Angelo Batio, Vinnie Moore from UFO, drumming legend Carmine Appice and owner of Dean & DDrum Elliot Rubinson.

This was a very exciting opportunity for us to work with such a prestigious brand with the added pressure of large industry exposure and the fact it would bee seen by a large audience of notoriously fickle metalheads.

The concept of the animation was to have their logo on fire like a rising phoenix from the flames (incorporating the wings from logo) melting and dripping from the heat. We then had scrolling logos of the events sponsors in the background.
